OUR STORY
We are Emily and Karlee —two ranch moms raising boys, chasing daylight, and doing our best to keep everyone fed and alive.
Karlee grew up on a generational ranch in eastern Oregon and still works it today with her family, carrying on the traditions she was raised in. She and her husband Jay are raising three boys in the middle of ranch life.
Emily and her husband Chris are first-generation farmers and ranchers, raising four boys and building this life from the ground up—learning, working, and growing right alongside their kids.
We are moms learning to cook like our grandparents, grow our own food, ride our horses, and keep up with the daily work of ranch life. Our boys work with us, learn with us, and grow up a little on the free-range side—learning skills, responsibility, and grit.
We share two gardens, a whole lot of tools, and the belief that life works better when neighbors help neighbors.
Pull up a chair, have a laugh, and stay awhile—there’s always room for one more around here.
