Our Mission
At The Handy Roan, our mission is to create western-inspired apparel and goods that reflect real ranch life, strong family values, and the pride that comes from honest work. Built together by two ranch moms, Karlee and Emily, this brand is inspired by raising our boys in wide open country, teaching them responsibility, respect for the land, and the importance of hard work. Through every design, we aim to celebrate the western lifestyle while building something meaningful for our families and the community around us.

Our Values
Our children are at the heart of why we do this. Every late night, early morning, and new idea is driven by the desire to build a future and a legacy worth passing down.
This brand is built on teamwork — between Karlee and Emily, our families, and the people who support us. We believe great things happen when women support each other and work side by side.
We believe in earning what you have, keeping your word, and doing business the same way we ranch — with honesty and hardwork.
Ranch life thrives on strong communities. We believe in supporting neighbors, showing up when help is needed, and giving back whenever we can.
We believe in caring for our cattle, our land, and the resources we’ve been blessed with, knowing we’re raising the next generation of caretakers.
We trust God through the hard seasons and the good ones, and we are grateful for every customer and every opportunity to keep building this dream together.
When you suppo, you’re support the Ranch Wives of Bully Creek, you are supporting two ranch families, a whole crew of hardworking boys, and a dream built on friendship, faith, and a love for the western way of life.
