🛍 Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product descriptions and pricing at any time without notice.
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will show colors exactly as they appear.
💳 Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment through secure third-party payment processor Square and Wix Payments. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
🚚 Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
The Handy Roan is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Incorrect size ordered
* Color or style preference
* Change of mind
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
💻 Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once purchased, you will receive one (1) digital copy of the file. It is your responsibility to download and save the file.
Digital files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

All content on this website — including designs, logos, graphics, photos, text, and digital products — is the property of The Handy Roan and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Purchase of a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
