
Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars
Simple, no-bake bars made with pantry staples. These are rich, filling, and easy to make—perfect for ranch kitchens, busy days, and feeding a crowd without turning on the oven.

Base

¼ cup maple syrup

1 cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

1¼ cups almond flour
Chocolate Topping

3.5 oz chocolate

1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions

In a small saucepan over low heat, add the maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir gently until melted and smooth. Do not boil.

Remove the saucepan from heat.

Add the almond flour and mix until fully combined and a thick dough forms.

Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13 pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill until firm.

For the topping, melt the chocolate and peanut butter together over low heat (or using a double boiler), stirring until smooth.

Pour the melted topping over the chilled base and spread evenly.
